Taking Stock // November

jennysbday-11

There’s a lot to love about November. My favorite thing is probably the grateful spirit our country takes on. And the food of course. I enjoyed “taking stock” so much last month that I decided to try it out as a monthly post for a while. Here is “taking stock” for November:

Making : Cranberry Apple Sauce in the Slow Cooker
Cooking : Just about anything Thanksgiving related
Drinking : Cranberry juice. It just seems festive
Reading : The Divergent Series. Embarrassing, but entertaining for international flights
Wanting : The Christmas season to be full of peace and joy
Looking : Toward the new year. How is 2014 almost over??
Playing : The new Taylor Swift album. Who isn’t?
Wasting : My holiday scented candles. Burning them ALL day
Wishing : Photo/Video Equipment was less expensive
Enjoying : The 70 degree weather in DC!
Waiting : For Thanksgiving at Dave’s Parent’s House in PA.
Liking : Cuddling up with blankets and soup and colder fall days
Wondering : Who done it? No really! (Serial Podcast)
Loving : A cleaned out closet! (Finally) Thanks to Danielle and Susan
Hoping : The holiday season goes slowly
Needing :  To start Christmas shopping
Smelling : Apple Sauce cooking in the kitchen
Wearing : Sweaters every day
Noticing : How short my attention span can be. #millennialproblems
Knowing :  I should cherish this season because it won’t last forever
Thinking : About plans and goals for 2015
Feeling : So much pain in my legs from spin class this morning

Anyone else taking stock lately? I’d love to see your posts.
