After weeks of snow storms and incredibly low temperatures on the East Coast, last weekend’s beautiful, sunny skies were like a breath of fresh air. I am so glad I got to spend the weekend of sunshine in New York City – and I am especially glad I got to spend one morning with Jason and Emily shooting their engagement session. This session was extra special for me because Jason is Dave’s cousin and I always love getting to spend extra time and make photos with our families. Emily and Jason are such a fun couple to be around and Dave and I always have so much fun when we are with them. They live in NYC so, of course, they were great tour guides and I loved hanging out in the Meat Packing District with them for a few hours. They looked awesome and had a few special touches in their choice of outfits – Emily’s coat was her grandmother’s and Jason is a climber so he wore his climbing shoes – how cool is that?
