If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen me posting about attending The Blogcademy at the beginning of this month – and it was quite the weekend! I had the honor of helping the lovely Blogcademy ladies with some of the event details and drove them all around the District during their stay. It was a ton of fun. Kat, Gala, and Shauna were a joy to hang out with and I learned a ton about the art of blogging. As a result of their class I have been making all kinds of to-do lists and am 17 kinds of excited about this little online space of mine.
One of my favorite tips that they shared was the power of collaboration. No great blog was built by someone alone in their living room! You need to collaborate with other and get out in the world! I loved seeing the way these three ladies (who were born in three different corners of the world mind you) work together to build each other’s businesses. So inspiring.
